An employee of Domino Pizza has been fired after leaving a note which read "f*** this c***" on a receipt.
At first customer Keenyatta Robinson thought the outrageous note -which had been typed into the Domino’s Pizza computer system - was a mistake.
She spotted it after her daughter ordered take-out from the fast food outlet in Michigan, USA.
"I don't understand why they would treat me this way," she said explaining that she decided to investigate further.
"So I called and placed another order .
"When I came to pick up the second order, that receipt had the same vulgar remark.
Ms Robinson said she believes the incident may have stemmed from complaints over missing sausage, which she dubs the Sausage Scandal.
She added: "On two occasions I received a pizza with no sausage , so I called.
"They told me I was complaining too much, and they couldn't serve me anymore."
The US firm which is headquartered in Michigan has profusely apologized following the incident.
Ronnie Asmar, Director of Operations at Domino’s said an employee had been fired over his appalling customer service. He said: "His parting gift to us was putting that vulgar comment in her phone number’s notes."
Ms Robinson was offered a gift card and an apology following the incident but has refused to accept it. She told local TV station WXYZ TV: “I will never eat here again. Ever. In my lifetime.”
Woman believes the note was retaliation for a complaint about not getting the sausage on a pizza she'd ordered
