Raemarni Ball posing in Mayweateher's private jet
Raemarni Ball, 19, has knocked out the world’s richest sportsman Floyd Mayweather. She has gone from working in New Look to being whisked to the US on the star's £40million private jet. She works in New Look and lives with her family in West Midlands, UK.
But now Raemarni, 19, has been whisked to the US on the star’s £40million private jet after meeting him at a personal appearance in Staffordshire last week. A close pal said: “She’s with Floyd in America. They are having fun.”
Aspiring singer Raemarni has shared photos and clips of her trans-Atlantic adventures with her 37,000 online followers. In one video she wears a black lace dress that hugs every curve as Mayweather drapes his arm over her shoulder, beaming with pride, and says: “Tell them your story.”
She replies: “I’m here with the Floyd” – and he then chips in: “The one and only, Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather.” The teenager – believed to be accompanied on the US trip by sister Relissa Ricketts, 21 – writes in one post on Instagram: “Floyd Mayweather made me and my family feel so comfortable. Thank you.”
One photo shows Raemarni curled up on a cream leather seat in Mayweather’s private jet, captioned with the phrase ‘Jet life’. And in a video looking out from the aircraft, she reveals she’s flying from New York to Las Vegas courtesy of the champ – recently named the wealthiest athlete on the planet by finance magazine Forbes.
Raemarni in his car after they met
All of which is a far cry from the town of Cannock where the pair met last Friday on the UK leg of his European Victory Tour. Raemarni is believed to have paid £600 for a ticket at Bar Sport – one of eight UK venues where fans paid up to £2,000 for the chance to meet him in the first two weeks of this month.
Pictures show her joining Floyd in the back of a white Rolls Royce – one of five vehicles that had ferried him to and from the event. She wrote online: “He’s so cool! To me anyway. I’m not gonna lie I was shakin’.” Days later she went to Amsterdam to see him again as he wrapped up his tour – and he arranged for her to be by his side when he flew back to the US.
The friend said: “It’s phenomenal. Raemarni has quite a following on social networks and people can’t stop talking about it. She first met him at an event in Cannock, then they met up again in Amsterdam. “Since then she’s travelled all over the globe. They’re having fun.”
Raemarni posted selfies taken in a hotel bathroom. Alongside one, showing her wearing a hoodie, she wrote: “Night.” One online friend replied: “Have a great time baby. You deserve it.” Another wrote: “Take care out there. Hope all goes really well for you.”
Raemarni’s close friend said: “She is a real down-to-earth girl. She’s ambitious and has turned her hand to fashion, art and singing. She knows what she wants and she has managed to grow a massive following online.”
Undefeated boxing champ Mayweather finished his career following his victory over Andre Berto last September.
He has built a massive fortune from his 49 fights and 49 wins, and famously loves to spend it – even being photographed in bed surrounded by bundles of banknotes. Pointing to his watch last week, he said: “I have a lot of timepieces I collected through the years.
“I am just blessed.” Though he insists he has hung up his gloves for good, there is speculation that he may make a return to secure a 50th win – surpassing Rocky Marciano’s long-standing record of 49.
Mayweather has been linked to a string of beauties and last year posed for a picture with rumoured girlfriend Doralie Medina, which he re-posted.
They were also pictured with three other women under a mirrored ceiling, which he captioned: “The king sleeps good every night, from head to toe.”
He was previously married to Josie Harris, with whom he has three children, and served two months in jail after admitting battery and harassment after police said he punched her in their Las Vegas home.
