ISIS Second In Command Has Been Reportedly Killed In A U.S Airstrike

According to the Pentagon, A top ISIS commander,Abdul Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli who was their finance minister has been killed in a bombing raid.

US Defence secretary Ash Carter confirmed Al-Qaduli's death but refused to go into details about the mission. He said his death would make it more difficult for ISIS to operate and more so difficult for ISIS to pay their fighters.
