A Kenyan woman has gotten herself a free trip to China after hilarious photoshopped images of herself went viral. Seve Gat from Nairobi posted a series of dodgy photos of herself apparently enjoying holidays in China on Facebook.
In one of the photoshopped images she's seen standing in front of a Kenya Airways plane, and notes she's "left the country to china".
This was followed up with other images of Seve in the country, including one which was doctored to show her on the Great Wall of China. It went down a storm online and was shared over 1,000 times, with many commenters posting crying face emoticons to show how hilarious they found it and others inviting their friends to take a look.
She was also seen doing the risky foot-wide walkway called Chang Kong Cliff Road on Haushan mountain - barefoot and in a slinky electric blue dress, thanks to the power of photoshop. She captioned the image: "China... Nice place indeed."
The joker added herself into an image of tourists in Tiananmen Square captioned on the "last day" of her visit too. The gag was all in good fun and went down especially well with entrepreneur Sam Gichuru, also from Kenya, who has vowed to fund a trip so the computer whizz can visit China.
He commented on Facebook: "I like dreamers because I'm a dreamer and my weekend dream is your ticket to Hong Kong (or Beijing), China, if you were serious, I mean really serious, I have good news for you, get your passport ready because your dreams are about to come true."
Seve immediately thanked the kindly benefactor, whose offer is apparently serious. However, he's already made it clear that it was a one-time thing and he won't be shelling out for other jokers to travel the world.
He said: "To the rest, please don’t Photoshop yourself, it won’t work, at least not with me."
