Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Says Israel Will Never Withdraw From Golan Heights

The Israeli Prime Minister during a cabinet meeting held in the Golan Heights for the first time vows Israel will not withdraw from Golan Heights. He said at the start of the meeting: 'The Golan Heights will remain in the hands of Israel forever,'

'Israel will never withdraw from the Golan Heights.' 'The time has come for the international community to recognize reality, especially two basic facts,' Netanyahu said.

'One, whatever is beyond the border, the boundary itself will not change. Two, after 50 years, the time has come for the international community to finally recognise that the Golan Heights will remain under Israel's sovereignty permanently.'
